Hello! These terms apply to your registration for my webinar "From Survival to Safety" (the "Webinar") from me, Lauren Baird trading as Inner Glow Therapy of 0/1 30 McLennan Street, Glasgow G42 9DQ ("I", "me" or "my"). It's important that you read these terms carefully, because once you register for the Webinar, you're considered to have accepted these terms and have agreed to be bound by them, and a legal contract is created between you and me.
If you're unsure of anything, please don't hesitate to contact me before you register for the Webinar.
About the Webinar
Understanding and managing hypervigilance is crucial for maintaining overall wellbeing and navigating life's challenges. When our nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it can negatively impact mental health, relationships, and daily functioning. By developing an understanding of nervous system regulation, individuals can experience increased emotional resilience, improved self-regulation, and enhanced overall wellbeing. This is exactly why I've developed this Webinar.
The purpose of the Webinar is to provide introductory education and guidance about nervous system regulation and hypervigilance. My aim is to help you understand why your body's alarm system stays activated and provide initial tools for nervous system regulation. Through the Webinar, you will have the opportunity to learn about your nervous system's response to trauma and begin understanding the path to feeling safe again.
So, how does the Webinar work?
The Webinar is a live online event hosted via Butter, lasting approximately 40 minutes with additional time for Q&A. While I strive to ensure all registrants can attend, space may be limited and registration does not guarantee access if capacity is reached. A replay will be available following the live event.
Live attendees will receive additional benefits or materials ("Bonus Content"). These are offered at my discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Access to Bonus Content depends on live attendance and technical factors beyond my control.
