Hey there!
I’m Lauren, a psychotherapist practising in Scotland, UK.
It was only a few years ago I was working in a psychiatric hospital, where alarms were constantly going off, the office was hot and stuffy, and I was working long hours to support up to 5 complex trauma clients a day.

When are the live calls?
Our calls will be on Thursdays at 4pm - 5pm UK time. We’ll have weekly calls for 8 weeks - but if you can’t attend the calls, replays will be available! You can also always drop into the community with your questions and get support there!

Are there replays available?
Yes all the replays are emailed directly to you and added to the lesson portal. And if you want coaching but can’t make it in real life, you can ask your question on slack and I will respond in live coaching.
