Hey there!

I’m Lauren, a psychotherapist & business coach practising in Scotland, UK.

It was only a few years ago I was working in a psychiatric hospital, where alarms were constantly going off, the office was hot and stuffy, and I was working long hours to support up to 5 complex trauma clients a day.
