I understand what it feels like when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode. As a former athlete, my battle with an eating disorder left me swinging between anxiety, overwhelm, and the dark depths of depression.

  • Some people access therapy, after taking a course like this, wanting to go deeper into understanding their nervous system and emotions; as well as wishing to process their past traumatic events. Other people come to therapy and use a course like this as an additional resource  between sessions.  

    This course is not an appropriate substitute for therapeutic treatment, a therapeutic relationship, or formal medical or mental health care.

    This course is an incredible psychoeducational resource focused on navigating your nervous system and for educational purpose only. Where we will learn more about the psychology of your nervous system and then I will suggest self help resources.  

    Whereas Therapy is a professional relationship, tailored specifically to your goals and needs, offering an in-depth treatment plan tailored to you!
