      I'm Lauren, an accredited trauma psychotherapist and nervous system specialist who has walked the path of dysregulation myself. After overcoming my own struggles with an eating disorder, I've dedicated my career to helping others find their way back to regulation.

      Having supported hundreds of clients through the NHS and now in private practice, I combine scientific expertise with practical techniques that bridge the gap between complex neuroscience and everyday tools. I understand the pain that dysregulation brings, and I'm passionate about helping you reconnect with the safety that already lives within your body.
