Hey there!
I’m Lauren, a psychotherapist & business coach practising in Scotland, UK.
It was only a few years ago I was working in a psychiatric hospital, where alarms were constantly going off, the office was hot and stuffy, and I was working long hours to support up to 5 complex trauma clients a day.
And now, I’m writing this from the comfort of my home, where I get to spend time with my young daughter and don’t start work earlier than 10 a.m. My office is decorated with fun artwork I chose, with a view of my garden and my cat Kiko always curled up nearby.
